Before you start
One PDF, up to 50 MB and 250 pages. The watermark is added over existing content and fitted inside each visible page. It does not remove the content underneath.
Common questions
Can I change the watermark position?
Yes. Choose one of nine positions or fine-tune the horizontal and vertical percentages. In Preview, click the page to move it or use arrow keys for small adjustments. The position applies to all selected pages and respects each page’s visible area and rotation. Text stays inside the page.
Can I use languages other than English?
The added watermark is drawn with fonts available in your browser, including Unicode text where the device has suitable fonts. Only the watermark is stored as an image; ordinary existing PDF text remains text. Check the result for missing characters.
Can I mark only some pages?
Yes. Select individual page previews, enter a range, or use the all, odd and even shortcuts. Your chosen settings apply to the selected pages.
Are protected files, signatures and forms supported?
Password-protected files are rejected. Page-copying tools may not preserve digital signatures, interactive forms, document bookmarks or links to excluded pages. Preview and check your downloaded file.
