How do I avoid stretching the image?
Leave Keep aspect ratio selected. Changing the width updates the height to match the original proportions. Turn it off only when you want a specific width and height that may stretch the image.
Does resizing make a blurry image sharp?
No. Enlarging an image adds pixels but cannot recover missing detail. Start with the original, highest-resolution image available. Output is limited to 8,192 pixels per edge and 24 megapixels.
