How it works

1. Choose by the required output

Check whether you need a format, pixel dimensions, maximum byte size or a particular page order. These are different requirements. For example, changing JPG to PNG does not restore image quality, and rotating a PDF does not edit its text. Use the tool directory and practical guides to choose the matching workflow.

2. Start with a small input

Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled. Read the page's file-type, size and memory limits. Start with one small image, a few PDF pages or a short audio section. Some audio and video features need browser support that varies by device; an accepted input size does not guarantee that every device can export it.

3. Preview before exporting

Compare the source and preview where available. Check crop boundaries, transparent edges, PDF selections and the timing of audio or animation. Batch operations share settings, so review more than the first item. If an image must be square without distortion, crop first and then resize.

4. Save and reopen the result

Download the output before closing or reloading the tab. Extract a ZIP before using its contents. Reopen an image to inspect its dimensions and background, open a PDF to verify every page and play audio or video to check both ends. Scan a saved QR with the intended phone; a browser scan check does not guarantee printed readability.

5. Understand local processing and QR publishing

Ordinary tool processing uses your device. The optional QR image information page instead uploads the selected image and information when you publish or apply changes; anyone with its link can view it. Its management key is kept in your browser and can be exported. Keep that key private. Hiding a page is reversible and does not permanently erase its stored data.

Libraries and troubleshooting

PDF operations use pdf-lib and previews use Mozilla PDF.js; QR generation uses qrcode-generator. Open-source license copies are included with the site source. If a tool fails, preserve your original, try a smaller supported input and report the page, browser and error through Contact. Do not send passwords or private files.
